Responsibilities
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Executive to support the growth of our food packaging and food safety solutions business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our range of vacuum packaging, food storage, and food processing solutions to customers across the food manufacturing, food service, and distribution sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Development & Customer Management
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the food manufacturing, food processing, hospitality, retail, and distribution industries.
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups and account servicing.
Conduct sales visits, product presentations, and business discussions with prospective and existing clients.
2. Quotation & Sales Coordination
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation for customers.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities to achieve conversion targets.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
3. Market Development & Product Promotion
Promote the company’s food packaging and food safety product range to meet customer requirements.
Understand customer operational needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
Monitor market activities, customer feedback, and competitor developments to identify new sales opportunities.
