Key Responsibilities

• Previous internship experience in HR, operation, administration or social media management
• Assist with full HR procedures including onboarding, confirmation, internal transfer and resignation
• Support resignation consultation, data compilation, form maintenance and workflow reminder
• Follow up new employee arrangement, probation review and supervisor feedback collection
• Manage office SIM card, social media accounts and access permission records
• Conduct daily data sorting, document filing and team project cooperation for HRBP team

Requirements

• Undergraduate or postgraduate students, around 1 year away from graduation, able to take stable long-term internship
• Fluent English for daily workplace communication
• Good interpersonal skills, competent for sensitive employee communication scenarios
• Meticulous, reliable and efficient, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment
• Keen interest in HRBP and employee relations field
