Job Description

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to lead enterprise sales opportunities for Databricks in Singapore and the broader Southeast Asia region. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth in a rapidly expanding market, selling innovative data and AI solutions to C-level executives and technical leaders.



You will manage a territory of existing and new account relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and close significant deals in a highly competitive landscape. You will work closely with our Solutions Engineers, Customer Success teams, and cross-functional departments to deliver exceptional customer value

.KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

S• Identify, qualify, and close high-value enterprise deals in assigned territor

y• Develop and execute strategic account plans for named accounts and expand existing customer relationship

s• Conduct needs assessment and discovery meetings with C-suite and technical stakeholder

s• Lead sales cycles from initial pitch through contract negotiation and closur

e• Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to design custom technical solutions and proof-of-concept

s• Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using CR

M• Build and nurture a network of decision-makers and influencers in the Singapore/SEA marke

tPREFERRED QUALIFICATION

S• Prior experience selling to APAC markets, particularly Southeast Asi

a• Background in enterprise data, analytics platforms, or data science tool

s• Experience selling through channel partners or managing partner ecosystem
