Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Engineer with strong technical, costing, and procurement experience to support projects from pre-sales through execution. The role will bridge sales, engineering, and procurement teams, ensuring accurate costing, timely material sourcing, and effective technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

Costing & Technical Support

Provide technical support to the sales team during pre-sales discussions and customer meetings

Analyze customer requirements and propose technically and commercially viable solutions

Prepare detailed project costings, estimates and pricing breakdowns

Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations

Assist in technical clarifications and negotiations with customers

Procurement & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with teams for material sourcing based on project requirements

Prepare and review technical specifications and purchase orders

Evaluate vendor technical and commercial offers in line with project and budget needs

Ensure timely procurement of materials to meet project schedules

Project & Technical Support

Act as a technical support point for customers during project execution and post-sales

Coordinate with engineering and project teams to resolve technical issues

Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements

Project Coordination

Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities

Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related

3–7 years of experience in sales engineering, project engineering, procurement, or techno-commercial roles

Proven experience in costing, estimation, and procurement coordination

Strong understanding of project execution and supply chain processes

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical and commercial awareness

Experience in project costing and margin analysis

Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
