Responsibilities :
1.Monitor and follow up on customer availability.
2.Coordinate and ensure timely restocking for customers.
3.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
4.Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable products to enhance customer satisfaction.
5.Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
6.Ensure product displays and merchandising standards are properly maintained.
Requirements :
1.Proven experience in sales or a related field is required.
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Customer focused attitute with problem solving abilities.
4.Ability to identify customer needs and propose effectiveb solutions.
5.Able to work independently and as part of a team.
6.Willing to travel outstation when required.
7.Possess own transport and valid driving license ( preferred ).
