Job Description

As a Sales Executive / Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence across Malaysia.

You will:

• Drive sales growth and achieve assigned revenue targets

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across multiple industries

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts within assigned portfolios

• Provide technical solutions tailored to customer requirements

• Build strong, long-term customer relationships

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and project execution

• Deliver responsive, professional customer support

Product Portfolio

You will work with a diverse range of technical materials, including:

• Semiconductor materials

• Food & Beverage and confectionery ingredients

• Pharmaceutical and electronics materials

• Rubber chemicals (EVA, latex, PVC resin)

• Plastics & polymer solutions (injection moulding, compounding, film processing)

Job Requirement

• Degree in Science-related field (Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering or related disciplines preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive mindset with a strong drive to succeed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technical sales environment

• Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise

• Fresh graduates with strong interest in industrial sales are encouraged to apply (Executive level)
