The Role

Hunt, consult, close - here's what you'll be doing:

• Drive sales targets across an assigned territory, growing the distribution network and acquiring new end users through structured time and territory planning
• Plan and conduct high-quality customer engagements across maintenance, production, and procurement teams - building lasting relationships at every level
• Proactively sell and promote the full portfolio of bearing, condition monitoring, digitalization, and lubrication solutions to distributors, OEMs, and end users
• Work on-site with customer engineering and production teams to identify technical requirements and recommend the right solutions
• Manage RFQs, pipeline opportunities, and contractual documentation with internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Deliver product presentations, technical seminars, and customer briefings, contributing to forecasting and cross-functional business planning

What We're Looking For

A proactive, commercially driven technical sales professional:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Production, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales, engineering services, or condition monitoring
• Background in heavy manufacturing sectors - semiconductor, automotive, machinery, or E&E - is preferred
• Knowledge of bearing technology, OEM business models, MRO practices, and Industry 4.0 or IIoT concepts is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce CRM
• Strong communicator with sharp negotiation skills and a hunter mindset
• Willing to travel across Penang and the central and southern regions of Malaysia
