Key Responsibility

Pricing & Tender Support

• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing for RFQs, RFPs, and tender submissions

• Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to validate Bill of Materials (BOM) and solution scope

• Consolidate pricing from vendors, distributors, and technology partners (e.g., OEMs)

• Develop and maintain pricing models, cost structures, and margin calculations

• Ensure pricing aligns with internal margin targets and commercial strategy

• Validate all pricing inputs before submission to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Support pricing submission timelines for tenders and customer bids

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in pricing, commercial operations, or sales operations within IT/System Integration environment

• Familiarity with tender pricing processes and project-based costing

• Basic understanding of IT solutions (hardware, software licensing, services)

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (costing models, formulas, analysis)

• High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
