Responsibilities:


Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage payroll operations for Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Administer statutory contributions, benefits, and allowances across the regions (EPF, SOCSO, CPF, etc.).
  • Ensure payroll practices align with statutory requirements, including overtime, leave entitlements, and claims.
  • Monitor and update company policies to comply with changes in employment law, labor regulations, and statutory filings in Malaysia and Singapore.


Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for executive roles using JobStreet, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Coordinate recruitment of non-executive staff through social media platforms and recruitment agents.
  • Ensure timely onboarding of new employees and maintain proper employment records.


Training & Development

  • Develop annual training plans and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Handle HRDC submissions, claims, and reporting in accordance with statutory requirements.


Office Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations including facilities management and vendor coordination.
  • Manage office support staff, including cleaners, gardeners, and other non-executive personnel.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, and operationally efficient.


HR & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and internal HR policies across all locations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with HR leadership to implement HR strategies, policies, and workforce planning initiatives.


Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) & Licensing

  • Oversee compliance with Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) regulations, ensuring alignment with local statutory requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate factory licensing processes, including application, renewal, and regulatory audits.
  • Liaise with government authorities on ESH and licensing matters, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.



Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
  • Preferably minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Prior experience working in a publicly listed company environment is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of local salary practices and legal regulations in Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective talent sourcing and recruitment capabilities.
  • Good networking and stakeholder management.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
