GP Energy Tech Hiring! Full Time Engineer- Senior Engineer in Johor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team towards ensuring all production equipment are in optimal condition.
• Develop necessary technical competencies and equipment capabilities to meet operational performance targets within the approved maintenance budget.
• Establish plans and strategies to meet and surpass manufacturing performance indices (eg downtime, MTTR, MTBF, etc), set targets / goals and projects for the section to minimize scrap asset cost per unit.
• Manage good preventive maintenance,. Ensure all equipment performance is monitored and recorded for continuous improvement and reliability.
• Provide guidance and training to the team in order to enhance the effectiveness of trouble shooting and knowledge sharing.
• Establish all equipment specifications, troubleshooting and PM procedures and ensure their compliance with corporate & regulatory requirements and procedures.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Degree In Mechanical / Mechatronics Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 5 years working experience in Maintenance and Equipment Engineering
• Good experience in Mechanical and Electrical
• Knowledge on CAD Software / Technical Drawing / PLC Programming
• Battery knowledge (Advantage)
• Able to read Mechanical Blueprints and electronic schematics
• Skills in Industrial Robotics and Machine Vision
• Skills in Servo System and motion control
