RESPONSIBILITIES:

Finance Function

  • Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payables / receivables & bank reconciliations
  • Process employee expense claims, ensuring proper documentation, accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements


Admin Function

  • Establish, organize, and maintain a systematic and efficient filing system for all administrative documents
  • Maintain and update office administration, contracts, and procurement records
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and coordination with service vendors
  • Manage front‑desk duties such as handling incoming calls, receiving visitors, and directing inquiries appropriately
  • Assist in internal meetings / events coordination
  • Assist superior in any finance and admin functions as required


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance / Admin, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle multitasking
  • Financial accuracy & analytical ability
