Responsibilities:

• Ensure all work sites are safe and fully compliant with applicable regulations, standards, and guidelines set by relevant authorities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Management System.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all safety requirements and initiatives across project sites.

• Lead and promote proactive safety activities to foster a strong safety culture within the organization.

• Identify, assess, and manage workplace hazards and implement appropriate risk control measures.

• Ensure strict compliance with site safety regulations and company safety policies at all times.

• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and safety monitoring activities.

• Perform any additional duties or tasks assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.

• Prior working experience in a related field, preferably in the construction industry, will be an added advantage.

• Strong coordination, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

• Proactive, team-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Strong organizational and reporting skills.

• Must possess a valid Yellow Book (Site Safety Supervisor certification).
