Job Summary

The primary responsibility is to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients, guests, business partners and the community, thereby elevating the reputation of our organization. Serving as the pivotal ambassador for the company’s brand, prioritize exceptional communication, satisfaction and engagement with all stakeholders. Relations Ambassador will contribute significantly to enhancing our standing and ensuring lasting connections with those we serve.

Job Functions
  • The ability to display, at all times, a friendly, courteous and professional manner in all dealings with tenants, visitors and other employees.

  • Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.

  • Respond to all assigned task in a timely manner, possessing a sense of urgency to the task assigned.

  • Comply with all ICC.KL policies and procedures.

  • The contents of this Job Description are the most essential aspect of, but not limited to, this position. You are committed to perform other tasks assigned to you by the Company’s Management. Core work activities
  • Coordinating VIP arrival, pre-arrival preparation at designated hotels and ensure rooms are checked-in prior to guest arrival.

  • Attending guest’s inquiries, request and concerns promptly and courteously. 

  • Maintain a friendly, “on-stage” attitude be smiling, courteous and attentive, always make and maintain good eye contact. Remain positive and never become impatient.

  • Gather feedback from guests to enhance the overall guest experience and maintain good relationships with all guests. 

  • Observance and ability to anticipate guest needs providing personalized service to our guest. 

  • Ensure to pay attention to internal communications and be alert on the events happening on each day. Handle hotel and dining reservation.

  • Ensure private properties are managed in a proper manner in terms of maintenance work, property inspection, visitor and contractor arrangements, billing and payment related matters.

  • Plan and execute owner-related events, such as open house, promotional activities and company events.

  • To support Corporate Tower(s) operations needs as directed by the Operations Manager.

  • Assist with responsibilities the duties in the absence of Relations Executive. 

  • Required to handle alcohol as part of operational needs.

  • The ability to resolve complaints, assist in all inquiries in connection with the company’s product and services, hours of operations, key personnel, directions, etc.

  • Developing a position working relationship with respective Property Management Team and service suppliers for Private Residences.

  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and Managers, handling additional requests when necessary.

  • Physical demanding position, requires the ability to be able to carry over-sized items, while understanding when to ask for help.

  • Comply with all Work Rules, Safety Standards and Standards of Conduct as set forth in the Employee Handbook.
