Responsibilities
Provide administrative and office support through various tasks.
Communicate with the procurement team, factory planner, DC team, and brand merchandiser regarding Stocks and delivery related matters.
Assist team members in liaising with regional buyers on compilation order forecasts (FQR) and offer list submissions, and follow up closely with relevant parties to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely completion.
Assist in document preparation (PO/PQ/MOS/PLS), updating, and following up when needed.
Coordinate with other internal departments on stock allocation and inventory-related matters.
Perform any other administration duties as and when required.
Skills & Requirements:
Excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to multitask and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to communicate in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus.
Minimum diploma or degree in any discipline.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Computer literate and proficient in MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
