Country Garden Pacificview Hiring! Full Time Leasing Admin in Johor - Ricebowl

About the role
This is a full-time Leasing Admin role based in Forest City Johor, supporting the commercial property leasing activities of Country Garden Pacificview Sdn Bhd. You will be an integral part of the team responsible for managing the leasing and administration of the company's commercial properties.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating the leasing process, including preparing and processing lease agreements

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property and tenant records

• Handling lease renewals, extensions and terminations

• Assisting with tenant onboarding and providing administrative support

• Preparing and issuing invoices and statements to tenants

• Responding to tenant inquiries and addressing their concerns

• Supporting the property management team with any administrative tasks

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of administrative or leasing experience, preferably in the commercial real estate industry

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders

• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office applications

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset

• Familiarity with commercial leasing practices and regulations
