Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives, resolve QMS and EOHSMS issues, implement CAPAs, and mitigate risks.
Maintain and revise internal procedures and external documents to ensure compliance with QMS, EOHSMS, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits, and coordinate timely closure of audit findings, non-conformities, and observations.
Provide full support for 1st party, 2nd party, and 3rd party audits and other QMS and EOHSMS activities.
Oversee Document Control Center (DCC) activities to ensure documents are current, properly maintained, and compliant with established requirements.
Control document numbering, filing, distribution, archiving, and retrieval for both hardcopy and electronic records.
Advise employees and document owners on document integrity, record management, and document control processes from creation to publication through the Engtek Portal.
Standardize document formats, templates, and numbering systems across all plants and ensure timely processing of controlled documents.
Generate and maintain document control reports and manage external documents such as audit reports and ISO standards.
Manage record retention and disposal activities in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
Chair meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of QMS, EOHSMS, and CAPA actions.
Monitor and report KPIs to QMR, Section Head, and Management on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Conduct training programs to maintain employee competency and awareness of management system requirements.
Drive Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) compliance activities, including internal audits, management reviews, and follow-up on customer audit findings.
Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems within a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) requirements.
Experience in document control, CAPA, internal auditing, and risk management.
Certified Internal Auditor qualification is an added advantage.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
