Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize daily production workflows, ensuring targets for output, quality, and delivery schedules are consistently met.

2. Lead, mentor, and supervise production supervisors and operators, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance.

3. Drive initiatives to reduce downtime, minimize wastage, and increase production efficiency, specifically focusing on processes like drawing, stranding, insulation and sheathing.

4. Coordinate workforce deployment and machine scheduling to maximize capacity utilization while maintaining strict adherence to safety (DOSH) and environmental regulations.

5. Analyze production data and prepare reports on KPIs, presenting actionable insights to the Senior Management team.

6. Work closely with the Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and HR departments to ensure seamless operational continuity.

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management or a related field.

2. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

3. Excellent command of Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (written and verbal) is essential for effective communication with our diverse workforce and business partners.

4. Core Competencies:

   • Strong management and leadership skills to guide a team of diverse technical staff.

   • Solid understanding of ISO standards, industrial safety regulations, and manufacturing best practices.

   • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.
