Responsible for the maintenance of plant facilities and machinery to ensure smooth operations and optimal working conditions.

Conduct routine inspections of plant equipment and machinery, and provide feedback on any identified issues, defects, or breakdowns.

Plan, coordinate, monitor, and follow up on maintenance activities for plant facilities and machinery, including tracking the status of ongoing work.

Lead and oversee new assignments or projects related to production, plant operations, and process improvement initiatives.

Manage factory utility and facility systems, including Fire Protection and Safety Systems, air compressors, chillers, scrubbers, and production machinery systems.

Prepare monthly reports on utility consumption, maintenance records, and maintenance performance.

Plan and manage the availability of spare parts for plant equipment and machinery to support replacement and maintenance requirements.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, batch tickets, record charts, instrument readings, and procedural manuals.

Develop and implement manufacturing methods and techniques such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), while leading waste reduction initiatives within the production area.

Collaborate with the HSE team to identify significant environmental impacts arising from plant operations and establish related objectives and targets.

Foster and support a continuous improvement work environment aligned with the Company's Quality Policy, Quality Management System, and applicable regulatory requirements.
