Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Sales & Business Development

  • Portfolio Growth: Market and sell our full range of manufactured products and custom assembly capabilities to contractors, consultants, and multinational corporate accounts.

  • Opportunity Identification: Actively identify and approach potential B2B clients and key accounts to expand our project pipeline.

  • Technical Consultation: Meet with clients to evaluate their technical requirements, interpret blueprints/mechanical drawings, and propose the right engineering solutions.

  • Commercial Proposals: Prepare detailed technical proposals, accurate cost estimations, and formal quotations/tender bids.

2. Project & Factory Coordination

  • R&D & Production Liaison: Work closely with our internal R&D, design, and production teams to translate client technical requirements into clear manufacturing briefs.

  • Feasibility Management: Coordinate with the factory team to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, material sourcing, and capacity for custom or large-scale assembly projects.

  • Prototype & Sample Tracking: Oversee the development and client testing of product samples or prototypes, ensuring they meet the client's exact quality and engineering standards before mass production.

3. Account & Relationship Management

  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong, multi-level relationships within client organizations (engineering, procurement, and management teams).

  • Account Expansion: Continuously look for opportunities to offer additional products, sub-assemblies, or integration services to existing accounts.

4. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

  • Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and business plans.

5. Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate sales records in the Autocount system.

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or highly related technical discipline.

  • CGPA 3.50 and above is preferred.

  • Active involvement in university or college co-curricular activities is preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B engineering sales, or a manufacturing environment. **Experience in HVAC, industrial fans, air-handling systems, or contract assembly manufacturing is a strong advantage.

  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are a natural commercial drive are highly encouraged to apply (depending on company requirements).

Skills & Competencies

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) is required.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical blueprints, and specifications

  • Strong presentation and communication skills—able to explain technical details clearly to both clients and factory workers.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with CAD or selection software is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive problem-solver, highly adaptable, with a strong sense of ownership over projects from start to finish.

  • Willing to travel for customer visits.
