Job Responsibilities

* Communicate with customers: Engage with customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to provide product information and assistance.

* Handle inquiries: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

* Recommend products: Suggest suitable products and services based on customer needs to drive sales.

* Achieve sales targets: Work towards monthly sales goals and support the overall team performance.

* Maintain records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

* Build relationships: Develop and strengthen customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

* Coordinate with teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.

Job Requirements

* Language proficiency: Able to speak and read Mandarin to effectively communicate with China-based customers.

* Sales experience: Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.

* Communication skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

* Customer focus: Patient, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
