Supervises the execution of the most basic projects (Security, BMS, ELV, etc.) and serves as the primary on‑site project leader.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervises execution of basic projects (Security, BMS, ELV, etc.) and serves as primary on‑site project leader.
• Establishes and maintains appropriate relationships with customers, consultants, general contractors, design institutes and other construction units to ensure timely and profitable project delivery.
• Manages site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Communicates and works closely with sales, engineering, procurement and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
• Prepares project documentation such as Project Plan, Technical Documents, Material Submissions, drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manual.
• Participates in regular project meetings, allocates, arranges and completes relevant work on time, and reports daily or weekly progress at the site.
• Manages, monitors, tracks project and controls cost to ensure completion on time within budget, contractual and safety standards.
• Ensures submission of progress claims and invoicing to customers.
• Orders materials per project BOM and monitors delivery schedule.
• Builds project margin improvement opportunities, including VO opportunities.
• Implements safety measures to ensure all work is done safely.
• Ensures system configuration, testing, commissioning and handover to client.
• Hands over to the service team upon successful completion of the project.

• Degree or higher in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Over 7 years of working experience in construction or building technologies industries with experience in data center project management (BMS, ELV, etc.) preferred.
• Experience in physical building security is a must.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera software, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong team player with ability to multitask.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
