Sales Coordinator will act as the vital bridge between our sales team, warehouse and shipping team, and international/local customer in Southeast Asia.

To manage the end-to-end sales administration process, from handling inbound quotations to ensuring timely order fulfillment.

• Order Entry, Tracking and Follow-up: Monitor customer orders, reviewing and following up to ensure on time delivery. This is including customer's VMI order. (VMI - vendor inventory management).

• Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the Company's system.

• To fulfill customer requested order rescheduling by liaising with company's vendor and internal team.

• Follow up on customer enquiries and support daily sales operations.

• Assist in quotation preparation accurately.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Assist in administrative and coordination duties as assigned.

• Strong command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin is preferred, as the role requires liaising with Mandarin-speaking vendors and customers.
