Your Mission

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of digital capability programmes, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder engagement and programme administration.

  • Support the design and implementation of learning pathways under Data Translator and other digital capability initiatives.

  • Prepare programme materials, learning communications, presentations, trackers and supporting documentation.

  • Coordinate vendor engagement, procurement documentation, statements of work and follow-through on delivery milestones.

  • Manage learner communications, registrations, attendance tracking, feedback collection and issue resolution.

  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify suitable participants, align expectations, and support readiness for programme participation.

  • Monitor programme timelines, risks, budget utilisation and delivery quality, and escalate issues where required.

  • Support accessibility, inclusion and quality standards across learning content and programme experience.

  • Track programme metrics, learner feedback and outcomes, and recommend improvements for future cohorts.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Communications, Information Systems or equivalent.
