Key Responsibilities:

• Business Understanding & Dashboarding: Quickly grasp business operations to build a comprehensive, accurate, and automated visual monitoring system. Define and track key metrics to reflect the performance and quality of various business stages.

• Daily Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor and analyze daily business reports to ensure data accuracy and validity. Proactively identify and resolve data anomalies, and propose actionable, data-driven optimization strategies to drive revenue growth.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their data and analytical needs. Manage ad-hoc requests and transform recurring, critical needs into scalable data solutions or products.

• Process Improvement: Understand departmental workflows and leverage data reporting and IT tools to enhance overall operational efficiency across teams.

• Problem Solving & Automation: Identify, analyze, and resolve practical business challenges. Create clear executive summaries and drive initiatives such as process/module automation and the development of business reporting systems.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in data analysis. Candidates with experience in the warehousing, logistics, or supply chain industry are highly preferred.

• Technical Skills: Strong data processing, report development, and delivery capabilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools including but not limited to SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Excel, VBA, R, and Python.

• Advanced Analytics: Familiarity with common machine learning algorithms (e.g., classification, clustering, regression forecasting) with proven experience implementing them in real-world business projects.

• Business Acumen: Strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of key business growth drivers. Excellent analytical and strategic formulation skills.
