We arelooking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement operations. This role involves overseeing theend-to-end procurement process, managing tenders, and ensuring the acquisitionof goods and services aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. The idealcandidate will drive strategic sourcing initiatives , foster strongsupplier relationships, and manage all aspects of the tendering process todeliver optimal value while maintaining compliance and transparency.

• TenderManagement: Overseethe entire tendering process, including preparing and issuing tender documents,conducting pre-tender briefings, evaluating bids, negotiating contract terms,and awarding contracts.
• ProcurementStrategy: Develop andimplement cost-effective procurement strategies that align with businessobjectives and operational requirements.
• SupplierManagement: Build andmaintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, andestablish long-term strategic partnerships.
• TeamLeadership: Lead,mentor, and manage the procurement team, ensuring their professional growth andalignment with company goals.
• MarketResearch & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, industry standards, and supply chaindevelopments to optimize procurement decisions and identify cost-savingopportunities.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply ChainManagement, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is anadvantage).
• Experience: At least 10 years ofprocurement or supply chain management experience, with a minimum of 5 yearsin a leadership role .
• TenderExpertise: Provenexperience managing the full tendering lifecycle, including bid preparation,evaluation, negotiation, and contract award.
• ProcurementKnowledge: Strongunderstanding of procurement processes, strategic sourcing, contractnegotiation, and supplier management.
• Leadership& Communication: Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the abilityto motivate and develop teams.
• NegotiationSkills: Strongnegotiation abilities to drive value and maintain effective supplierpartnerships.
