Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.
ROLE OVERVIEW
The Executive, Learning & Engagement is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives as well as employee engagement programs. The role focuses on enhancing employee capabilities, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the effective delivery of training and engagement activities that support organizational goals and employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Learning & Development
· Coordinate training schedules, participant registrations, and training logistics.
· Prepare training materials, attendance records, evaluation forms, and related documentation.
· Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.
· Conduct selected in-house training sessions and learning workshops as assigned.
· Support trainers and subject matter experts in the delivery of learning programs.
· Maintain and update employee training records and databases.
· Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training providers to ensure smooth program delivery.
· Monitor training attendance and collect participant feedback for reporting purposes.
· Assist in the administration of learning platforms and learning-related communications.
· Prepare periodic training reports and administrative documentation as required.
Employee Engagement
· Support the planning and execution of employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
· Coordinate employee events and activities, including town halls, celebrations, and team-building sessions.
· Assist in the implementation of employee recognition programs and engagement campaigns.
· Develop and disseminate engagement-related communications through internal channels.
· Support employee surveys, feedback collection, and engagement reporting.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to foster a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
· Maintain engagement records, calendars, and related documentation.
· Support employer branding and employee experience initiatives as assigned.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Work Experience
· Fresh graduates or with minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or related functions.
Skills & Competencies
· Strong communication and presentation skills.
· Good organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
· Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
· Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
