Pre-requisites:

• Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, infrastructure works, or a related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in computer skills and AutoCAD.

Successful applicants shall be based in Ulu Tiram, Johor Branch. Salary shall commensurate with qualifications and experiences.

Job Responsibilities: 

•  Support the Lead Surveyor in developing and implementing surveying plans for precast production.

• Assist in establishing and maintaining control points and benchmarks at the yard.

•   Set up and operate survey equipment under the guidance of the Lead Surveyor.

• Verify moulds, formwork, and precast elements for dimensional accuracy.

•   Assist in performing setting out and alignment for precast components.

•    Assist in collecting pre-pour and post-pour surveys, entering data into geometry control software, and interpreting results to identify necessary adjustments.

•    Provide assistance during pre-pour and as-built surveys to ensure compliance with design tolerances.

• Maintain accurate survey records, data, and calculations under the guidance of the Lead Surveyor.

•     Record and organize measurement data, ensuring proper documentation and archiving for future reference.

•     Ensure proper care, calibration, and maintenance of survey instruments and report any issues to the Lead Surveyor.

•      Assist in resolving minor survey-related issues and provide general site support.

•     Collaborate with the survey team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

•       Support additional tasks as requested by the Lead Surveyor and Precast Managers.

•     Take on new responsibilities and assignments as required.
