Responsibilities

       Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

       Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

       Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

       Maintain the cleanliness of the venue at all times.

       Replenish tickets for various types of machine.

       Topping up tokens in token dispenser, remove tokens from the machine, topping up tickets in machines.

       In charge of gift redemption.

       Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

       Able to speak in simple English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

       Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is often preferred.

       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

       Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

       Accuracy in handling customer orders and transactions.

       Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members

       Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

       A positive and friendly demeanor to enhance the overall customer experience.
