Job Description
· Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
· Brainstorms with the team for campaign ideas.
· Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn etc
· Analyzes analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
· Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
· Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales.
· Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
· Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems.
· Assists in creating performance reports.
Requirements
· Malaysian citizens only.
· Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field.
· Preferred internship period of 3 months and above.
· Final semester students preferred.
· Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
· Basic understanding of design principles (layout, typography, color).
· Creative with strong attention to detail.
· Good time management and able to meet deadlines.
· Able to take feedback and improve designs.
