We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our finance operations and contribute to the company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Finance Manager in daily finance operations and cash flow management.

• Perform bank reconciliations, inter-company reconciliations, and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accounts.

• Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents for internal and external audits.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and financial statements.

• Analyze monthly and quarterly financial data to support budgeting and financial planning.

• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as required by management.

• Bachelor's Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

• Experience with AutoCount accounting software will be an added advantage.
