Today, "the Company" is one of Malaysia’s largest importers, distributors, and wholesalers of high-quality fertilizers, supplying more than 25% of the nation’s total fertilizer requirements.
As we continue to grow and strengthen our market presence, we are seeking dynamic, motivated, and qualified individuals to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Process and track employee attendance, leave (PTO), and assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Maintain and update employee databases, ensuring all files (contracts, performance reviews, and benefits) are accurate and confidential.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with government regarding to HR matters.
Maintaining documentation in accordance with ISO requirements.
Assistant in posting job advertisements on various platforms.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and HODs.
Assist in administering employee benefits such as employee insurance, panel clinic/health screening program, company car loan, staff scholarship, mobile phone, uniform etc.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on various topics.
Assist in performance management processes during mid-year review and year-end review.
Gained practical experience in Human Resources functions within the Agromate Holdings Group.
Any other duties as and when assigned by superior or management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Business Studies, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain accurate records.
Prior experience in Human Resources and/or Administration will be an added advantage.
