Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee personnel records while ensuring strict data integrity and confidentiality.
Support onboarding process by preparing offer letters, setting up profiles in HR systems and assisting with joining formalities for new hires.
Track the status of fixed-term contracts and probation periods to ensure timely confirmation, conversion, or necessary salary adjustments.
Coordinate end-to-end payroll administration and comply to labour laws and regulations.
Assist in the offboarding process by coordinating exit clearances and gathering accurate data for final settlement and payroll calculations.
Manage HR documentation for the complete employee lifecycle.
Generate regular HR and payroll reports.
Prepare and submit payment requests for HR-related expenses
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in daily operational tasks.
Perform additional tasks as and when required.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or operational support; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation) will be an added advantage.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and maintaining employee documentation.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
