Operation Initiatives & Projects
Execute project work plans as instructed by Manager or higher management level.
Manage day to day operational aspects of a project and facilitate vendor/ISD team/project team member and user communications.
Manage change control and ensure project is implemented on time and according to specifications.
Review ongoing operations and create Business Analysis on digital improvement requirements along with economic studies.
Resolve project issues or conflicts and to manage and ensure all issues are properly addressed and resolved. Further escalate disagreements to higher management & etc.
Business System Support
Understand maintenance of non-core/core related applications/web-portal - resolve escalated issues with users and vendor on defects data errors, delivery and closure of critical system service request (SSR).
change requests - resolve escalated issues with users and vendor on requirements, delivery, payment and closure of critical service change request (SCR).
Plan, track, and follow-up the progress development and the implementation of SSCR & SCR. Discuss and understand the needs of the respective business owner.
Assist manager in creating justification papers, presentation and other documentation required.
Communicate and update consistently and accurately to the business owners of progress and potential issues in the UAT and operation ai readiness. Escalate any potential delays or risks to the related business owners.
New Products/Portal/Web Portal Development
Understand the process flow of frontend (web portal/mobile application), data flow (in and out), core and non-core related applications/web portal to assist users in UAT testing.
Train departments and ensure each division for the preparation of system readiness for new product development or variation and plan the implementation schedule within the expected timeline.
Provide business and system inputs in business requirements and ensure all Day 1 & Day 2 SCRs are raised within agreed timeline.
Track and follow-up Day 1 and Day 2 SCRs until closure ie. until application fix duly tested and promoted to production environment.
Discuss and plan resources allocation with related business owners. Escalate issues with users and vendors on business requirements and tasks not meeting timelines.
Resolve conflicts and to manage and ensure all UAT issues are properly addressed and resolved.
Job Requirements
Degree in IT/Business related or equivalent.
Prince 2/PMP/ECBA/CCBA/AAC with related experience.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management/business analyst related field.
At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Familiar with operating systems (Penta TKF), Web Portals, Mobile Applications, Data flow (API/Batchwork), e-helpline systems & other related application systems or portals is a plus.
MS office applications - MS words, Excel and PowerPoint.
