What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest experience: welcome every guest warmly, provide personalized beauty advice, and deliver signature precious moments like hand massages and beauty consultations.

• Develop and share expertise in L’Occitane en Provence products, heritage, ingredients and sustainability values.

• Execute visual merchandising, manage stock, and maintain pristine boutique spaces following company standards.

• Meet targets through expert product demonstrations and tailored experiences.

• Master POS and clienteling systems while representing the brand at events.

• Collaborate effectively, build trust through open communication and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Genuine passion for beauty products and customer service excellence

• Availability to work flexible hours including shifts, weekends and public holidays

Good to Have

• Previous experience in beauty, retail, or customer service industry (Don't worry if you are new to this - we will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed and grow with confidence!)
