Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Operations Executive to provide excellent customer support while assisting in daily branch operations, sales support, and administrative coordination. The role involves handling customer enquiries, managing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate information via phone, email, messaging platforms, and walk-in channels.

  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns professionally and efficiently.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.

  • Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex matters when necessary.

  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.

Operations & Sales Support
  • Support branch operations and administrative activities to achieve business objectives.

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of daily activities.

  • Maintain order records, online sales campaigns, promotions, and payment status.

  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy and compliance with company SOPs.

  • Assist in preparing reports and maintaining operational records.

Marketing & Event Support
  • Support company events, roadshows, and promotional activities.

  • Assist in managing social media content and online engagement activities.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns and increase brand awareness.

  • Support live sessions and other marketing initiatives when required.

Administration & Coordination
  • Maintain proper documentation and records.

  • Perform day-to-day administrative, coordination, and service support duties.

  • Assist with ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, Customer Service, or related fields.

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in customer service, sales support, operations, administration, or retail will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with different teams.
