Innovairre Communications Hiring! Full Time Process Automation Executive in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Responsibilities:

• Support the review of production, order processing, inventory, and operational workflows to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

• Assist in developing and maintaining automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, VBA, or other digital workflow tools.

• Help streamline manual tasks such as job order creation, status tracking, reporting, queue coordination, and customer order follow-up.

• Prepare and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to improve visibility of operational data, production progress, and workflow performance.

• Work closely with production and operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into practical automation or reporting solutions.

• Monitor existing automation flows and reporting tools, troubleshoot basic issues, and support continuous process improvement.

• Document workflows, process changes, and automation logic, and prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal reference.

• Provide user support and basic training to internal staff to encourage smooth adoption of new digital tools and automation solutions.

• Keep up to date with new tools and technologies relevant to automation, reporting, and digital transformation within manufacturing operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant experience in automation, reporting, process improvement, or operations support will have an added advantage.

• Languages fluent English & Mandarin as this roles will required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners (Verbal and Writing).

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Power Automate, Power BI, Excel, and/or VBA.

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment.

Preferred Advantage

• Internship, academic project, or working experience involving Power BI dashboards, Power Automate flows, Excel automation, or process improvement initiatives.

• Exposure to ERP systems, inventory systems, order management platforms, or manufacturing workflows.

• Experience in  printing or production-related industry is a plus.
