LPS Hiring! Full Time SolarWinds Engineer in - Ricebowl

Job Summary:

We are looking for a SolarWinds Engineer to support the day-to-day operations of enterprise monitoring infrastructure. The role focuses on monitoring system health, basic configuration, alert handling, and first-to-second level troubleshooting within the SolarWinds platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor IT infrastructure using SolarWinds (NPM/SAM)
• Handle alerts, incidents, and first-level troubleshooting
• Support dashboard, alert, and report configuration
• Perform basic health checks on monitoring systems
• Escalate complex issues to L3 or vendors
• Assist in onboarding devices into monitoring platform
• Ensure proper documentation of incidents and configurations

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of IT support / NOC / monitoring experience
• Basic hands-on SolarWinds experience preferred
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing)
• Experience in Windows/Linux environments
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willing to work in shift environment if required
