Database Administrator (MSSQL & NoSQL)



Role Scope

• Manage and optimize MSSQL and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) environments
• Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across systems
• Drive automation, monitoring, and operational excellence
  
  

️ Key Responsibilities

• Administer MSSQL (2019/2022/2025) and NoSQL databases(MongoDb / Redis)
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and maintain database systems
• Manage HA setups, replication, backup & recovery processes
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis
• Automate tasks using Shell, Python, PowerShell
• Support capacity planning, change requests, and production releases
• Coordinate with application teams, vendors, and stakeholders
• Ensure uptime, security, and compliance best practices
  
  

Requirements

• 4-8 years MSSQL + 3+ years NoSQL DBA experience
• Expertise in MongoDB/Redis, clustering, caching, replication
• Strong Linux (RedHat) and scripting skills
• Knowledge of networking, security, and database architecture
• Experience with 24/7 support and on-call environments
