What You'll Do:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS) to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing mobile banking applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Swift-based iOS development, experience working in Agile environments, and a solid understanding of mobile application security, CI/CD practices, and enterprise-grade banking systems. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital banking solutions that enhance customer experience and meet regulatory and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and maintain iOS mobile applications using Swift.
• Build secure and scalable digital banking solutions with a focus on performance and user experience.
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services, APIs, and Oracle-based systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement secure coding practices, including authentication, encryption, and secure data storage.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and mobile release automation.
• Support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
• Ensure compliance with banking, security, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:
• 6–9 years of software development experience with strong expertise in iOS application development.
• Proficiency in Swift and modern iOS development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices, including Keychain, SSL/TLS, certificate pinning, and biometric authentication.
• Experience with Git-based source control and branching strategies.
• Familiarity with Oracle database environments.
• Exposure to enterprise operating systems such as Linux, HPUX, and Solaris.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with Firebase (Crashlytics, Analytics, Remote Config).
• Experience with Fastlane for build and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of Gradle and Maven.
• Hands-on experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines and automated release management.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks, unit testing, and UI testing.
• Prior experience in Digital Banking, Retail Banking, FinTech, or Financial Services domains.
• Knowledge of mobile application monitoring and observability tools.
