RESPONSIBILITIES

·    Financial Operations & Reporting

·    Management Reporting & Analytics

·    Biling & Revenue Cycle Oversight

·    Cash Management & Treasury

·    Budget & Forecasting

·    Vendor & Banking Relationship Management

·    Team Leadership & Governance

·    Process Improvement & Transformation

KEY SKILLS

·       Advanced Power BI / data visualization skills

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

·       Experience managing cross-border reporting structures (US–Malaysia preferred)

·       Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

·       Strong negotiation and commercial acumen

·       Leadership experience managing accounting teams

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENT

·    Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred) 

·    8–12+ years of experience in:  

o  Accounting / finance operations 

o  Shared services or multinational environment 

·    Strong knowledge of:  

o  Financial reporting and close processes 

o  Budgeting and forecasting 

o  Cash flow management
