Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously enhance HR policies, systems, and processes across the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
  • Partner with senior management to design and optimize organizational structures, workforce planning, job architecture, and manpower strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, talent pipeline building, and employee retention initiatives to support long-term organizational growth.
  • Drive employee engagement by implementing communication platforms, recognition and reward programs, employee feedback mechanisms, and engagement surveys to foster a positive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Promote corporate culture and employer branding initiatives while leading Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program that reinforce the organization's values and social impact.
  • Oversee company asset management, inventory administration, and general office operations while facilitating effective cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and manage administrative policies, procedures, budgets, and operational plans to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to business leaders on people-related matters, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, labour regulations, and internal governance standards while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and Administration team to achieve departmental objectives and support overall business success.



Education


  • Bachelor's Degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.


Experience & Professional Competencies


  • Minimum 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership or HR Director-level capacity.
  • Proven experience leading and managing HR teams of at least 10 members.
  • Strong expertise in multiple HR disciplines, with proficiency in at least three core functions, including:
  • Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Learning & Development
  • Performance Management
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Employee Relations
  • Organization Development
  • Corporate Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and organizational transformations
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
