Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Singapore. The Project Manager will oversee interior refurbishment projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, architects, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal workshop teams to ensure scope, quality, and safety standards are met. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving site issues, managing changes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials, furniture, and fittings. The Project Manager will also conduct regular site inspections, prepare status reports, manage risk and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in project execution and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong project leadership skills, including Project Management experience overseeing interior fit-out or construction-related projects.
- Experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and manufactured components.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate deliveries, storage, and distribution of materials to work sites and workshops.
- Experience in Inspection, quality control, and safety compliance for construction or interior refurbishment projects.
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and documentation tools; familiarity with cost control and budgeting practices.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple projects or workstreams, and respond promptly to operational and site issues.
