Job description
Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical/non-technical roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular hiring updates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and hiring metrics.
Work closely with business teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
