Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and design for Dynamics 365 CRM implementations
• Define end-to-end architecture including Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure integrations, and external systems
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and functional teams
• Design integration strategies using Web API, Azure Services, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and Power Automate
• Establish best practices for ALM, DevOps, and solution governance
• Review and approve technical designs, code, and customisation
• Ensure solutions follow Microsoft best practices and performance standards
• Work closely with stakeholders during discovery, architecture design, and delivery phases
• Support technical estimations, solution proposals, and architecture documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong expertise in:
• Dynamics 365 Sales, Cusomer Insight Journey, Customer Service, or Field Service
• Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
• Plugin development using C#
• D365 Web API / REST integrations
• Experience with Azure services such as:
• Azure Functions
• Service Bus
• Logic Apps
• Azure AD authentication
• Strong knowledge of:
• Solution management (Managed/Unmanaged solutions)
• ALM & CI/CD using Azure DevOps
• Security model (roles, teams, business units)
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting
