medical care, hotels, entertainment, retail, venues, government affairs, offices, real estate, communities, banking, posts, finance, insurance, airports, stations, etc. Keenon Robotics Co. Ltd is headquartered in Shanghai, concentrating on stable, efficient, and practical commercial service robots. Our core competitiveness is autonomous positioning navigation and core sensors. We pioneered commercial-grade indoor positioning and navigation systems, intelligent dispatching systems, etc. We have developed a variety of commercial service robots to meet different customers' requirements. Our robots have served nearly 500 cities in China and have entered various overseas countries and regions, such as the United States, Germany, Canada, Italy, and South Korea.


Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for technical training and support to local distributors, including installation, dealing with after-sales problems (software/hardware/electrical/algorithm functions) and other related issues to improve customer satisfaction;

2. Analyze, classify, follow up and issue analysis report on robot problems to headquarters;

3. Visit customers and provide on-site technical support; independently conduct installation, disassembly and assembly machine etc.;

4. Provide technical support for the promotion of the company's new products. Such as displaying new product features, building a demonstration platform, and assisting sales manager in technical exchanges with customers;

5. Responsible for writing and translation of related technical documents; including configuration plan, implementation plan, fault manual, etc;

6. Track the quality status of the products and feedback improvement solutions.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics, electrical automation or related;

2. Good knowledge in robotics/automatic control/robot system and other related technical background;

3. 2+ years of work experience in related field;

4. Strong learning and team work ability;

5. Fluent in Mandarin and English, proficiency in local language is preferred.
