Current, we are looking for a Junior Account Executive on behalf of another company that is in the F&B industry sector. The company is located Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur (near Glenagles Hospital).

Role Description

The Junior Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role supports the management team in creating General Ledger (GL) and Profit & Loss (P&L) for an F&B outlet.

Job Salary Range

RM2,500.00 to RM3,000.00 (negotiable depending on the candidate's prior experience).

Qualifications

Proven experience in accounting (at least 1 to 4 years), preferably in F&B, hospitality, or related industries.

Good organisational and time-management abilities.

Has Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.

Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software and Zeoniq POS System is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

Providing General Ledger for the company.

Make monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) for the company.

Handling Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).

Ensure accurate documentation for all account & finance related documents and files.

Cross-check with the Purchasing team for all purchases made by the company.

Work together with the HR team for statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB).
