SQE Technician

Responsibilities

• Handle abnormal materials on the production line, including sorting, repair, RTV (Return to Vendor), and material returns.
• Assist with material borrowing, segregation, identification, and selection activities.
• Follow up on material quality issues with suppliers and internal departments.
• Verify material improvements and support the introduction of new materials into production.
• Assist in recording and tracking material-related issues until they are resolved.
• Support supplier visits and ensure compliance with factory confidentiality and safety requirements.
• Work closely with Production, Warehouse, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production.

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components or manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Able to use basic Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word).
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
