Identify & Engage: Conduct outbound outreach to potential business clients, identifying opportunities for digital transformation.
Solution Discovery: Conduct "needs-based" conversations to understand a client’s business pain points before proposing IT solutions.
Pipeline Management: Qualify leads and manage the sales database with high discipline to ensure no lead goes cold.
End-to-End Ownership: Manage the client relationship from the moment the deal is sealed through to the final product or service delivery.
Technical Liaison: Act as the bridge between the client and our technical team, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and met.
Hit Milestones: Work toward daily activity targets and weekly lead-generation KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Hands-on project experience is a significant advantage
Technical Literacy: Ability to explain digital services (Web/App Development, Hosting, Branding) in simple, professional terms.
Active Listening: A natural ability to ask the right questions and listen more than you speak.
Resilience & Objection Handling: A "hunter" mindset that remains calm and logical when faced with challenges or price negotiations.
Emotional Intelligence: High EQ with the ability to read client cues and build long-term trust.
