With your excellent organizational and inter-personal skill, you will oversee a team of collection staffs and work together to achieve the projected collection targets. You will be empowered to carry out all the necessary improvements to increase the revenue and manage the overall cost. You must be a team player, fostering team unity as you build sound client-customer relationships and strive to continually reach department and company-wide business goals.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:-

• Coordinate activities of staff members to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the department both field visit services and call center.
• Accountable for the monthly collection targets and the completion of the assigned files each month
• Develop and implement appropriate strategies to increase the collection success rate
• Develop and implement processes and procedures within the department
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff members within the collections department to ensure a sufficient number of staff members are available to handle the workload.
• Develop goals that complement the overarching business goals of the company and coordinate staff to continually meet and exceed goals.
• Ensure all required field reports and supporting documents needed for billing are submitted on timely basis for timely billing
• Prepare the monthly management reports on timely basis and communicate each weekly and monthly performance to the management team.
• Promote and maintain excellent client relationship management.

Jobs Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Software and hardware proficiency for collection business
• Minimum 3 years work experience in collection services
• Working knowledge of credit control, cash flow management and finance management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Relevant Qualifications
