Job Description
Report to the managers
Greeting, seating, and escorting guests to their tables
Serving food & beverages to guests
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in work areas
Cashiering
Offer friendly and efficient service to customers
Provide menu recommendations to customers
Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
Assist shift manager in planning and organizing special events
Escalate customers' feedback to the manager on duty
Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
Any other duties assigned by the Superior
